How to delete your Temu account on Android
Open the Temu app on your Android phone and log in.
Tap the “You” tab at the bottom right corner of the screen.
Tap the Settings icon at the top right corner of your profile page.
Select “Account Security” from the settings list.
Tap “Delete Your Temu Account” at the bottom of the screen.
Check the box that says “I want to permanently delete my Temu account,” then tap Continue.
Select your reason for deletion, or choose “I don’t want to provide a reason.”
Verify your identity with your password, email code, or phone number, then tap Confirm.
Temu logs you out right away. Do not log back in for 7 business days, and your account deletes permanently.
How to delete your Temu account on iPhone (iOS)
The steps on iPhone are the same as Android. Open the app, go to You > Settings > Account Security > Delete Your Temu Account. Follow steps 6, 7, and 8 above to finish.
How to delete your Temu account on desktop (website)
Go to www.temu.com in your browser and log in to your account.
Click “Orders & Account” in the upper-right corner.
Go to Account Security from the left menu.
Click “Delete Your Temu Account” at the bottom of the page.
Check the confirmation box, select a reason, and verify your identity to complete the request.
How to remove your payment info before you delete
Remove your saved cards before you request deletion. Go to You > Settings > Payment Methods, then delete each card. This gives you extra protection in case someone accesses your account before the 7-day deletion period ends.
If you use Google Pay or Apple Pay linked to Temu, remove those separately through your Google Pay settings or Apple Wallet settings.
How to request a copy of your personal data first
Temu lets you download your data before you delete. Go to You > Settings > Privacy > Additional Privacy Options > Request My Personal Information. Temu sends you a zip file by email. This is worth doing if you need your order history for taxes or returns.
